Dehydrated garlic flakes are perfect to use when you want to have the benefits and flavor of fresh garlic all year round, with the convenience of always finding it in the pantry. Dehydrated, it maintains all the organoleptic characteristics of the product.

It comes from the bulb of a plant similar to the lily, probably native to Asia, but now widespread in all regions with a warm climate.
How is garlic flakes used?
Flaked garlic can be used as it is or rehydrated before use. Garlic has a variety of uses. In Italy, the most classic way to use it is to combine it with oil in sautées.
The flaked garlic is perfect to be combined with the oil of sautéed and does the same function in the kitchen as its fresh counterpart, with the convenience of always having it in the pantry.
Alternatively it can also be rehydrated in water or added to preparations that go into the oven, such as vegetables au gratin.
In fact, cooking will restore moisture and therefore softness to the product.
