Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Online orders' packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via SDA Poste Italiane (available only in Italy) with tracking and drop-off without signature.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Returns
Customers have right of withdrawal, assured by articles from 50 to 68 ("contratti a distanza") del D.Lgs 206/2005 (Codice del Consumo) of italian law.
This law permits to customer (excluded who request an invoice) to exercising the right to withdraw and to have back his money again.
Conditions the right to withdraw is excluded:
- Not have original packaging
- The product is open
- It is about to expire
- It is damaged
- For alimentaries, is not possibile to return opened packagings
To exercise the right to withdraw you need to send an email/pec to romafinefoods@pec.it within 14 days to delivery date of your order.
Within 3 days, ROMA FINE FOODS will answer to you and will send a specific Return Number.
Customer could return his order, paying the shipping costs.
Within 30 days from the return receipt, ROMA FINE FOODS will provides to charge back your moneys.
