SMOKED CHIPOTLE

Chipotle pepper is a Mexican chili, made by slowly smoking ripe Jalapeño.
It is considered precious, because to obtain a single kg of Chipotle, 10 kg of jalapeño, slowly smoked, are needed.

 

How to use?

It is perfect with meats, fish, shellfish, hambuger, sausages, salads, beans, potatoes and sauces in general.
Add at the end of cooking to give a delicious smoky spicy flavor.
