MELANGE PEPPER MIX

Mix of black peppercorns, white pepper, dehydrated green pepper and dehydrated pink pepper.
Pink pepper is a berry native to Brazil that is pepper-like in shape and slightly spicy in flavor.
White pepper, black pepper and green pepper are instead the fruit of the same plant (Piper Nigrum) harvested in different stages of ripeness.
The fruit of the pepper plant harvested when not yet ripe is green pepper, when ripe it is black pepper, when left to macerate and without peel it is white pepper.
