PREMIUM RED GROUND CHILI POWDER

Chilli powder, spicy and Premium Red color, naturally bright red.
Chilli is the fruit of a plant native to South America. Grown in the warm regions of the globe, it has many varieties of different color, flavor, appearance.
The small peppers (diavolini or cajenna) are exceptionally spicy; the longer ones are used to obtain chilli in pieces or powder. Among the small and hot peppers, the type of Cajenna is particularly valuable.
Our premium red ground chilli comes from dried and then finely ground cayenne peppers, and therefore has a superior quality.

The grind is medium-fine.
