MILLET SEEDS

Millet seeds originate from the Panicum Miliaceum plant, cultivated in Europe since prehistoric times, but which currently comes mainly from Asia and Africa.
The dietary value and nutritional properties of millet are high: due to its high content in proteins, mineral salts and crude fiber.
It is also rich in vitamins A and B, especially niacin, B6 and folic acid, calcium, iron, potassium, magnesium and zinc.
Due to its high content of salicic acid, it is often considered a real beauty product for skin and hair, nails and tooth enamel, stimulating their growth.
Millet does not contain gluten, and is therefore suitable for celiacs.
Together with sunflower, sesame, hemp, flax and pumpkin, millet seeds form the so-called "health seeds", with a high biological value.
