HIMALAYAN GREY SALT, whole

Himalayan gray salt is a rare and precious variant of pink salt, a residue of ancient seas settled under the pressure of the Himalayan massif.
In fact, the normally collected Himalayan salt has a pink color, but the gray one comes from a rare vein of gray Himalayan salt, settled in Iran. It is present in limited quantities and, once its extraction is complete, it will no longer be on the market.
The gray is due to the presence of clay inclusions.
