TEX MEX BBQ RUB

Tex Mex BBQ is a Rub born in the South of the United States and in Mexico, much appreciated for its spiciness with sweet and aromatic notes, typical of Rubs.

It is perfect on white meats, chicken wings, ribs and vegetables cooked at low temperatures on the bbq.

Ingredients:

paprika, chilli, brown sugar, black pepper, salt, garlic, cumin.
