GREEN PEPPER DEHYDRATED

Green pepper is the unripe (and therefore green) fruit of the Piper Nigrum plant, which produces the berries from which white pepper, black pepper and green pepper and pink pepper are obtained respectively.
The green pepper plant is therefore the same as black pepper, but not yet ripe, dried.
ROMA green pepper is of Premium quality and has an aromatic flavor, more delicate than the black equivalent.

 

How is green pepper used?

Green pepper is more delicate than black and goes very well in sauces, cream and fish sauces, with fish and shellfish, duck, poultry and meats (the famous pork tenderloin with green pepper is famous).
Green pepper can be used as it is or by crushing the grains with your hands.
