1. Who are your customers?
Our primary customers are HO.RE.CA. operators, that we directly supply or through our commercial network. We sell to professional users, with VAT number, entire cartons and with a minimum order of 500 euros.
We supply also independents, or to who desire to buy little test quantity, through our webshop.
2. Do you ship in other Countries or only in Italy?
We ship in every Country our professional orders.
For the online shop orders, we currently ship only in Italy.
3. Your products are gluten free?
Spices are naturally gluten free and we don't handle any ingredient containing gluten in our laboratories.
Nb: some pastry decorations could contain WHEAT on their glucose syrup, but all our references are separatly made.
4. Orders and confirmation
Every professional order have to be confirmed with a sign on the order confirmation sent by email, that will be checked and forwarded.
The order preparation will begin only when we will receive the signed order confirmation, that will be valid as contract as said by the art. 62, comma 1, del decreto legge 24/01/12, n. 1, converted, with changes, from law 24/03/12, n. 27 of italian law.
Online shop's order are considered confirmed with payment.
5. Shipping
Professional User's shipping comes with courier.
Online Shop's shipping are only available in Italy and they comes with pony express.
6. Request of Quotation
Request of Quotations must come on written form (e-mail or fax), with industrial datas, products asked, quantities and delivery address. We can't give quotations by telephone or in case of lacking datas.
7. Samples
Samples are FREE for those already are ROMA's customers. Those aren't already customers have to pay an ammount to cover shipping costs, that will be deducted from te total cost in case of future order. In any case, samples can't exceed essential quantity to verify the product's quality.
8. Private Label
All ROMA's range can be packed under private label, with a great flexibily. It is possible to personalize labels, with a little contribution, both for graphic design and language. For more informations, send us an email to: info@romafinefoods.com
