1. Who do we sell to?

Our primary customers are operators in the HO.RE.CA. sector, which we manage directly or through our sales network. To professional users with a VAT number, we sell in full boxes with a minimum order of 500 euros. For private individuals, or those wishing to purchase small trial quantities, an online shop is available with a minimum order of 100 euros. Private users will see prices inclusive of VAT; professional users, after registering as such and subsequently enabling them, will see their prices exclusive of VAT.

2. Do our products contain gluten?

Spices do not naturally contain gluten, and we do not directly handle products that do in our laboratories. Therefore, our products are gluten-free, suitable for celiacs, although this is not indicated on the label, as indicating it would mean boasting about a characteristic that is already intrinsic to the product, and therefore outside the norm.

Nb: some products in the cake decoration line may contain traces of WHEAT in the glucose syrup, however this does not contaminate our other products, which are produced separately.

3. How can I check the tracking of my order online?

You can find the tracking number for your order online by logging in to your Personal Account - Order History and Details. If you placed an order as a guest, you can click HERE and enter the Order Reference Number (you can find it in the order confirmation email we sent you) and your email address.

4. Orders and Order Confirmation

For each order received from directly managed professional users, we will issue an order confirmation, which must be checked and approved for acceptance. Order preparation will begin from the date we receive the accepted order confirmation, which will also be valid as a contract for the purposes of art. 62, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree 24/01/12, no. 1, converted, with amendments, by Law 24/03/12, no. 27.

Orders placed in the online shop are considered accepted with payment.

5. Shipments

Shipments are preferably made via primary express courier.

6. Requests for quotations

Requests for quotations must be sent to us in writing (email or fax), indicating the complete details of the requesting company, the products for which the quotation is requested, the quantities, and the requested place of delivery. We cannot provide quotes over the phone or respond to requests for missing information.

7. Samplings

Samples and product quality certificates are provided free of charge to existing ROMA FINE FOODS customers. For sample requests from new customers, an advance payment will be required to cover the value and shipping costs of the samples. In the event of a subsequent order, this amount will be deducted from the purchase price. In any case, samples cannot exceed the quantity reasonably necessary to verify the product's characteristics.

8. Private Label Production

The entire ROMA product range can be packaged under the customer's private label, with great flexibility, even in fairly small quantities. Labels can be customized, both in terms of graphics and language, for a fee that will be communicated based on the type of request.
