The following general conditions of sale govern the purchase of goods on our company's online shop:

We reserve the right to change the conditions and/or prices of sale at any time.
Any new conditions and/or prices of sale will be effective from the moment of publication on the website and will apply to sales concluded subsequently.
The customer is required to carefully read these general conditions of sale, to print them and/or save them on another durable medium of his choice in compliance with the provisions Articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 185/1999 on distance selling.
By placing an order, the customer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted our terms and conditions of sale, which will be deemed explicitly accepted upon placing the order. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome.
SUBJECT MATTER
These General Conditions govern the contracts for the sale or supply of our goods and services and are valid only and exclusively for online purchases. We invite you to review any specific conditions concerning individual goods or services, which you can find directly in the product sheet.
METHODS OF CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
The order can be placed after registering on the site and accepting the terms and conditions of sale. You will need to add the chosen items to the cart and complete the purchase procedure by entering the required data. For orders placed online, you will receive two emails. The first is sent automatically by the system and will notify you that your order has been successfully shipped (if you do not receive this email within a few minutes, please contact us before placing a new order). The second email is sent by us to confirm your order and the availability of all requested items. Current legislation on the right of withdrawal applies to concluded contracts, as set out below.
PRODUCT SAFETY AND RESPONSIBILITY
All products sold by ROMA FINE FOODS srl are professional items and are not suitable for use by children or unauthorized persons. The customer assumes full responsibility and releases ROMA FINE FOODS from any possible action for any damage of any kind to persons and/or property resulting from incorrect use of the purchased products.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Items are generally available for immediate delivery, and goods are shipped to Italy within 48-72 hours of receiving payment. Advance payment is required. Item availability is updated daily (excluding holidays and days before holidays), but since access and the ability to place orders online changes product availability and quantities in real time, it may happen that one or more items ordered and listed as immediately available on our shop are not actually available at the moment, or are not available in the requested quantity. In this case, we will contact you by email for instructions, so we recommend checking your email inbox regularly. In cases where ROMA FINE FOODS cannot guarantee delivery within the stated timeframe, and the customer decides to cancel the order, they will only be entitled to a refund of the sums paid. Shipping is suspended during the summer holidays. The closure period will be clearly indicated on the shop homepage; the customer can still order products, which will be shipped upon reopening.
BILLING PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS
The prices applied are indicated in our online catalog, are expressed in euros, and include VAT for private users. For professional users, prices may be expressed excluding VAT, and in any case, this will be clearly indicated at the time of ordering. Prices are valid only and exclusively for purchases completed online with payment by credit card, bank transfer (if accepted), or other methods indicated on the website. Orders for in-store pickup must still be completed and paid for online before pickup. Prices do not include shipping costs unless otherwise indicated. They are indicated separately when applicable. The minimum order is €20 excluding taxes. Upon customer request, to be made before shipment, we issue an invoice that will be attached as a courtesy copy or sent via email upon delivery, in addition to being sent to the SDI. ForFor purchases made as a private individual, it is sufficient to provide personal information and tax code. For purchases as a business/company, it is necessary to provide the complete company name, VAT number and tax code, as well as the certified email address or unique code for electronic invoicing, and send the company a copy of a document certifying the status of professional user (Chamber of Commerce Certificate). No changes or modifications to the invoice will be possible after it has been issued. You are responsible for the data provided.
The minimum order for each online order to be accepted is €100.00 + VAT - excluding shipping (valid from 06/03/2026).
The following payment methods are accepted:
Credit card, debit card, prepaid card, MyBank, PayPal: Easy, safe for both the customer and the merchant, and immediate. It is the safest and most widespread online payment system. By selecting PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected to a secure, SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypted page with a 128-bit key on www.paypal.it, where you can make the payment.
ATTENTION: If you pay via PayPal, the goods will be shipped exclusively to the name and address associated with your PayPal account. Under no circumstances will we ship to different names or alternative addresses unless these are registered as alternative addresses on your PayPal account.
In the event of order cancellation by either the customer or Roma Fine Foods, the amount paid will be reversed and refunded to your PayPal account. If the customer accepts partial shipment of the ordered goods, the difference between the amount paid and the amount due will be refunded using the same method indicated above. ROMA FINE FOODS is not responsible for delays and/or damages caused during the refund process. Credit Card via PayPal: By selecting to pay by credit card, you will be redirected to a secure, SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypted page with a 128-bit key on the www.paypal.it website, where you can make the payment.
ATTENTION: If you pay by credit card, the goods will be shipped exclusively to the name and address associated with the credit card used for payment. Under no circumstances will we ship to different names or alternative addresses if these are not associated with the credit card used for payment. We will not make any exceptions. In the event of cancellation or termination of the order by either the customer or ROMA FINE FOODS, the amount paid will be reversed and refunded to your card. If the customer accepts partial shipment of the ordered goods, the difference between the amount paid and the amount due will be refunded using the same method indicated above. Roma Fine Foods is not responsible for delays and/or damages caused during refunds.
DISCOUNT CODE AND GIFT VOUCHERS
If you have a discount code, you can use it during the order process on the shipping method selection page. You will find "Discount Voucher" written on it. Enter the code and then press OK to validate, and the discount will be deducted from your order. The discount applies only to the value of the items purchased and not to shipping costs. The discount can be combined with any other ongoing promotions.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Your order will be delivered by one of our trusted couriers as quickly as possible. Orders are generally processed and shipped the next business day. Orders received before 12:00 PM are generally shipped the same day, while orders received after 12:00 PM are shipped the next business day. Shipping costs are indicated at the time of ordering and vary based on weight and the chosen courier.
