Any new conditions and/or sales prices will be effective from the moment of publication on the website, and will apply to sales concluded subsequently.
The customer is required to carefully read these general conditions of sale, to print them and / or save them on another durable medium of his choice in compliance with the provisions of Articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 185/1999 on distance sales.
By sending the order, the customer declares to have read and accepted our conditions of sale which will be considered explicitly accepted by sending the order itself. For any dispute, the court of Rome is exclusively competent.
OBJECT
These General Conditions govern the contracts for the sale or supply of our goods and services and are valid only and exclusively for online purchases. We invite you to read any special conditions, concerning individual goods or services that you can find directly in the product sheet.
METHOD OF CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
The order can be made after registration on the site and acceptance of the conditions of sale. You will have to enter the chosen items in the cart and complete the purchase procedure by entering the required data. For orders placed online you will receive two emails, the first email is sent automatically by the system and will notify you of the correct sending of the order (if you do not receive this email within a few minutes contact us before submitting a new order). The second email is sent by us to confirm your order, the availability of all the requested items. The current legislation on the right of withdrawal applies to concluded contracts, as set out below.
PRODUCTS SAFETY AND RESPONSIBILITY
All products sold by ROMA FINE FOODS srl are professional items and are not suitable for use by children or non-responsible persons. The customer assumes full responsibility and relieves ROMA FINE FOODS from any possible action of recourse for any damage of any kind they are to persons and / or things deriving from incorrect use of the products purchased.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
The items are generally available for immediate delivery, and the goods are shipped ONLY to Italy within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Prepayment is required. The availability of the items is updated daily (excluding holidays and pre-holidays), but since the access and the possibility of placing orders online, changes in real time the availability and quantity of the products, it may happen that one or more items among those ordered and data with immediate availability on our shop, is not currently really available, or is not available in the required quantity. In this case we will contact you by email to receive your instructions, so we advise you to regularly check your email inbox. In cases where ROMA FINE FOODS cannot guarantee delivery within the time communicated, and the customer decides to withdraw from the order, the same will only be entitled to a refund of the sums paid. During the summer holidays the shipment of orders is suspended. The closing period will be clearly indicated by notice on the homepage of the shop; the customer can still order the products, which will be shipped upon reopening.
PRICE, INVOICING AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
The prices applied are indicated in our online catalog, are expressed in Euros and are inclusive of VAT for private users. For professional users the prices can be expressed excluding VAT, and in any case the thing will be clearly indicated at the time of the order. The prices are valid only and exclusively for purchases made online with payment by credit card, bank transfer if accepted, or other means indicated on the site. Orders with on-site collection must still be concluded and paid for online, before collection. Prices do not include transport costs except when indicated. They are indicated separately when expected. The minimum order is Euro 20 excluding taxes. At the request of the consumer, to be made before shipment, we issue an invoice that will be attached in a courtesy copy or sent by email after delivery, as well as sent to the SDI. For purchases made as a private individual, it is sufficient to indicate personal data and tax code. For purchases as a company / company it is necessary to indicate the full company name, the VAT number and tax code, in addition to the PEC or unique code for the electronic invoice, and send the company a copy of a document certifying the quality of professional user (Chamber of Commerce Certificate). No change or modification in the invoice will be possible after the issuance of the same. You are responsible for the data communicated.
For the payment of the goods we accept the following methods:

ATTENTION If you pay by PayPal the goods will be shipped exclusively to the name and address associated with the PayPal account. Under no circumstances will we ship to different names or alternative addresses if these are not registered as alternative addresses on your PayPal account.
In case of cancellation or cancellation of the order both by the customer and by Roma Fine Foods, the amount paid will be reversed and refunded to the PayPal account. In the event that the customer accepts the partial shipment of the ordered goods, the difference between the amount paid and the amount due, will be refunded in the same way as indicated above. ROMA FINE FOODS is not responsible for delays and / or damage caused during the reimbursement phase. ATTENTION If you pay by Credit Card, the goods will be sent exclusively to the name and address associated with the credit card used for payment. Under no circumstances will we ship to different names or alternative addresses if these are not associated with the credit card used for payment. we will not make any exceptions. In case of cancellation or cancellation of the order both by the customer and by ROMA FINE FOODS, the amount paid will be reversed and refunded to your card. DISCOUNT CODES AND GIFT VOUCHERS
If you have a discount code this can be used when ordering on the shipping method selection page. You will find indicated: "Discount Coupon". enter the code and then press OK for validation and the discount will be deducted from your order. The discount is applied only to the value of the items purchased and not to the shipping costs. The discount is cumulative with any and other current promotions.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
The order will be delivered to one of our trusted couriers as quickly as possible. Typically, your order is processed and shipped on the business day following the business day of receipt. Orders received before 12:00 are generally shipped the same day, while orders received after 12:00 are shipped the next business day. Shipping costs are indicated at the time of conclusion of the order, and vary according to the weight and the courier chosen.
