Timing

Orders are usually shipped within the business day following receipt of payment and sent via express courier.

For remote locations or particular conditions, we reserve the right to operate with couriers other than those chosen.

Shipping costs already include packaging costs and vary based on the total weight of the shipment.

Payments

Roma Fine Foods online webshop accepts the following payments:

CREDIT / DEBIT / RECHARGEABLE CARD

We accept credit card, debit card, prepaid card, Postepay, Visa, Mastercard American Express, Discover, Aura, Maestro as payment methods.

You can decide to pay directly by entering your credit, debit or prepaid card in the appropriate form, or use the PayPal platform.

By choosing to pay with PayPal, you can make the payment either using your PayPal account or using your credit or debit card without registering on Paypal.

PayPal accepts the most popular credit cards, and also accepts rechargeable cards and PostePay cards.

You do not need to have a PayPal account to make the payment, just click on "PAY AS AN UNREGISTERED USER".

You're safe: we cannot access your card details and we do not store anything.

PAYPAL

You can make the payment through your PayPal account or without one, for maximum security and the benefits of having a connected PayPal account. Save time and speed up the purchasing process.

According to the latest updates, with PayPal it is also possible to pay in 3 convenient installments, subject to PayPal approval.

MY BANK

MyBank is a simple and secure payment method that allows you to pay for your online purchases with an immediate and irrevocable bank transfer. It is a secure service because it is provided directly by your bank or your PSP and NO banking or financial information is shared with companies.

Currently, over 210 banks have joined the MyBank circuit, including Intesa San Paolo, Unicredit, Monte Paschi di Siena, Banca Sella and many others.

How does it work? At the end of your purchase, you will find MyBank on the payment page. Select the MyBank button, enter the name of your bank and you will be redirected to your online banking service. Log in to your online banking account with your usual login details. The payment details will be pre-populated, and you'll need to confirm the transfer. At the end, you will be redirected to the merchant's website.

BANK TRANSFER

By choosing Bank Transfer as the payment method, the customer automatically sends an "order request" to Roma Fine Foods.

Receipt by Roma Fine Foods of the "order request" will be confirmed with an email sent by our Customer Service which will indicate our bank details.

Following your "order request", the ordered goods will be reserved for 3 working days, pending the crediting of the transfer to our bank account.

Shipping

Shipping is FREE for orders starting from €350.

Attention: The TOTAL ITEMS must be greater than or equal to €350 (excluding shipping costs).

We cannot group two separate orders placed separately, and shipping costs will be applied to each.

The customer must verify that the package arrives in good condition upon delivery. If it is not, and if it is visibly damaged, accept it with reservations, or not accept it at all to allow us to "recover" from the courier in the event of damage.

It will also be possible to request optional insured shipping, with a small surcharge that will be communicated before payment.
