Our story

Born from a passion for spices.

Roma Fine Foods was born from an idea of ​​the Carletti family in the early 1990s, at a time when the spice market was still focused on standard products and formats.

From the very beginning, we identified the need to differentiate ourselves, to create a unique project, making innovation the key to our company. Participation in the main international trade fairs of the time made us understand that the spice sector trend was evolving, and we were among the first in Italy to introduce new PET packaging.

In an increasingly globalized world, we recognized our customers' need for exotic spices and ethnic blends from around the world. Through travel, we discovered new flavors and added dozens of blends to our range, such as Garam Masala, Tandoori Masala, Pickling Spice, and many others.

The birth
The Carletti family founded Roma Fine Foods in Genzano di Roma, with the goal of bringing quality spices to the Italian Ho.Re.Ca. sector.
