Guerande Grey Salt

GUERANDE GREY SALT, whole

Whole salt harvested by hand in the region of Britain (France), particularly rich in clay and trace elements.
Its main feature is the gray crystals of which it is composed, which appear wet and damp to the eye.
Collected in salt pans that date back to the time of the Roman Empire, the Guerande salt is loved by great chefs for its particular flavor, less salty than normal table salt.
Brittany gray salt is less salty than normal table salt, with floral and sea aromas.
