GREEN JALAPENO CHILI CRUSHED
The Jalapeño pepper has Mexican origins, from the city of Xalapa, and is one of the basic ingredients of Tex-Mex cuisine in the South of the United States.
Also known and appreciated in Europe, it is relatively mildly spicy, has a green color and is of the Capsicum Annuum species.
Its spiciness is particularly localized in the membrane that encloses the seeds.
When fully ripe and smoked, jalapeno is called "chipotle pepper".
