Green salt is a completely natural salt, obtained through a drying process.

It gets its green color from the addition of bamboo, typical of the Hawaiian area, which is added to the salt by infusion, during its drying process.
Green salt has a strongly aromatic and intoxicating smell, and a spicy but delicate flavor.
Unique in taste, with almost sweet tones, it is ideal for all light and delicate dishes, such as fish, vegetables, shrimp and shellfish in general, in fish and vegetable soups, in risottos and steamed dishes.
