COUNTRY BBQ RUB
The Country Style was born in the South of the USA and is the rub often used by Americans for Sunday bbq, much appreciated for the unique taste it gives to the famous ribs (so much so that it is considered “the best dry rub for ribs”).
Its taste is simple, savory and with a bittersweet aftertaste.
It is perfect on pork and chicken, although it goes best with ribs, giving them a sweet and spicy flavor.
Also ideal on corn and vegetables in general.
Massage on dishes 30 to 60 minutes before cooking on the BBQ, and leave to marinate if possible.
